Are you a new entrepreneur who needs a little help getting your business off the ground? Or a more experienced entrepreneur who wants to start a new project for your company? BPW/St. Petersburg-Pinellas may be able to help!
We are now accepting applications for Support Our Sister (SOS) mini-grants for female entrepreneurs needing a little assistance growing their business. Grants between $500 – $1000 will be available to women who can demonstrate proof of concept and a business plan for how the funds will be used. - Businesses must be headquartered in Pinellas County and either have a business license (or business tax certificate if in St. Petersburg) or be registered on SunBiz.org to be eligible for the grant.
- Business owner must be either a member of BPW/SPP or a participant in a St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce’s Successful Women Advisory Group (SWAG).
- Must be a startup or a business under three years old that needs help expanding.
- This is not for nonprofit organizations. Only small businesses should apply.
- We will award grants throughout the year.
