To elevate the standards for women in business and professions, and to promote the interests of business and professional women by working to:

Ensure equality for all, including passage of the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA).

Guarantee economic equity, opportunity and self-sufficiency

Promote responsible environmental policies as they relate to women’s health, wealth and well-being.

Advocate the expansion of affordable care in Florida, recognizing that working women and their families have the largest need for affordable and accessible health care.

Encourage legislative funding and education that will ensure workplaces are free from all forms of violence, harassment and assault.
